Kolelinia is a concept for riding our own bikes on a steel wire, a new type of bicycle-lanes…
Created by Bulgarian architect Martin Angelov. The steel track would feature a guy wire to attach your bicycle to at the handlebar level, and the concept includes detailed track design

what a wonderful idea. it would solve teh problem of bike-death-by-car/lorry but the health and saftey lot in this country would go ballistic, "WHAT IF A CHILD FELL FROM THE BIKE RAIL!?!?"

i like teh way how the picture has depicted the cars as dark and shadowy and chaotic down the bottom compared to the light and airy pastles above

you would blatently get a lot of stuff thrown at you by the local yoots/hoodrats

id love to use that on the way home from work though, with a nice spliff, that would be chilled out looking at all the choas beneath you
