After Mindmapper's succesfull release of BFAD014 we asked some of the most appreciated producers in the scene to remix these diamonds. Finally, here are the results.
BFAD018A: Mindmapper - Respirator (June Miller remix)
Side A is a perfect opening track which you can use for a liquidish or a filthy neuro set. Choose for yourself! The cinematic soundscapes are taking you to an open field in a paradise. The clean and grooving beat, as well as the heavy subbass are providing the energy as it has to be. This remix is rolling, deep, aggressive and atmospheric. These ingredients combined create a big remix by the mighty June Miller, as you could expect.
BFAD018B: Mindmapper feat. E. Habraken - Solar Still (sub remix)
The production skills are dripping off the studio in this half tempo beauty. Miss Habraken brings the vibes with her violin, as the neurobass is giving it a dark and filthy touch. The drum work feels like a mixture between digital and analog. All in all it is a signature production from Sub at his best...
BFAD018C: Mindmapper - Tracking You Down (June Miller Remix)
Finally, BFAD brings you the June Miller remix of the previously released "Tracking You Down" by Mindmapper, and this track is one of a kind. It is hard to call this minimal as the drum work is quite mind blowing. The pauses between the drums make this track more heavy and the atmosphere makes you feel you are at an open cold sea while the sun is coming up.
