Beyerdynamic DT250. Any Thoughts?

I'm forking out for some headphones so I can start producing again. (Live in a flat, downstairs don't like bass).
Anyone have any experience with these?

Originally I was looking at the K701(2)'s but was told these are better because their closed back.

Being closed headphones isn't a reason why they are better, but the beyer dynamic ones are better than the akg's.
a friend of mine owns the dt250 and I own the dt770, both are really great.

I often master tracks on my headphones and when a track sounds perfect on my headphones it sometimes sounds not so great over huge speakers. so beware of that.

yea there nice cans. i like beyers, maybe get down your local shop and try them and the dt880s
