what are peoples fave promoter? ie, best sound, best lights, line ups.. etc etc

i dont think ive been to a slammin vinyl where the sound has been shit and lights and stuff havent been top noch.for me westfest is my fave rave of year. however, i havent been to a random concept where the sound was good. global gathering being a prime example.havent been to an innovation event unfortunatley, definitly hitting the sun next year tho...
