any ideas where to get em?

I do my own drums, but there's always place to add an already made breakbeat and fill it up, usually sounds even better, depends on the tune.

    where do you get yours?

or if you know about cool dnb sample cd's, let me know which ones to get, I need to upgrade a bit my sample library

    You need Embers Breaks.

go out into a forest at full moon, record twigs snapping underfoot as you walk, collect broken twigs, burn them and record the embers of the fire. make breakbeat tunes that are not breakbeat tunes at 143 bpm. natural elements of twigs snapping is importants to musics.
