M motion audio Active Member VIP Junglist Joined Aug 16, 2007 Location Northampton Oct 3, 2009 #2 Vocal wise you can't go wrong with SM58's for the price, bullet proof aswel. They do a Beta 58a which is slightly better quality, but for things like MC'ing you'd be pushed to notice the difference.
