i went to physio for my knees for about a year after i drunkenly stacked it over a fence at uni and couldnt run after. it actually worked, took fucking ages tho

Yeah physio is such a weird shiznit... I fucked up my knee in Aikido several years back... I thought it was fine... it just used to ache a little and sometimes would over extend... went to physio and had to do the strangest excercises for a month or two... but it worked
