Battle of the MC's meets Drumatics,
Friday 10th December 2004
@The Coronet, 26-28 New Kent Rd, Elephant & Castle, London.
For those of you that don’t know…
The Coronet has not taken on board a Drum & Bass promotion for nearly a year, it was touch and go as to if we were going to get our date but after we presented them with what we intended to put together for the event we left them with no option but to take us on.
For starters we've got an awesome 100K of Funktion-One sound system being
installed in the venue, believe me that The Coronet has never felt BASS like this before. The Intelligent laser and lighting shows will be operational all night, we have two larger than life projections screens producing live images of the action and many other crazy things, we've got professional dancers, not forgetting the Classic Battle Boxing Arena will be set up on stage, merchandise stalls & just to top it all off we're doing a CD & DVD giveaway.
Now on to THE LINE-UP. We spent a long time planning this and all the stops have been pulled out on this no expenses spared night, definitely one not to be missed:
DJ's: Hype, Zinc, Ed Rush b2b Optical, Friction, Brockie b2b Kane, Filthy Dirty Rich, Nicky Blackmarket b2b Ray Keith, Rekless b2b Dazzler.
MC's: Fearless, Shabba, Det, Foxy, Fatman, Ragga Twins, Eksman, Herbzie, Bassman, Spyda, Shortston, Fun, IC3, Riddla, Navigator (referee), Kasha, Skore, MRD, Nomical
In arena 2 we have two of the greatest up and coming agencies in the industry, Jungle ravers & New Nation battling it out with dubs and lyrics to win £200 prize money.
As we have themed the event as a Christmas Warm up we're offering a special seasonal discount of ONLY £15 in advance.
We strongly feel that once you have looked at the line-up & what is being
offered to you for the event, you will agree that this is more than
reasonable for a night like this.
