How do you make the bassline sound, like a very powerful sine or something but i can't figure it out
any help?

I haven't seen the tune, but it doesn't sound like it would be that.

unless, the sinewave has "power" to it. Try to figure out how to give it power, chorus, distortion and such

Talking about the upper synth portion , lower synth bass , or sub bass? helps to be a little specific when asking questions like this.

sounds like a supersaw with an lfo on it. very modern drum and bass, not sure i ever heard that style before.

The problem is, i can "Sort of" make the sound, but i can't give it the energy & power

theres also some sidechaining on the downbeat. The actual tone sounds pretty super-saw to me. Alot of the power etc comes from the mix, these people have been making tunes for (prob) ten years so experience and a good set of ears is what makes the tune stand out.
