Anyone here tried the courses on bassgorilla? I was wondering how good they are and if they are worth the money. I know they are for ableton, that's kinda why I have held off because I'm a fl studio face.

luke is a perfectionist. you will pick up some useful info from his tuts. try his free ones on youtube or sign up for the drums one on his site. you will be better off if you were on ableton though coz most of the plugins are stock ableton.

I have watched a few of the free videos and they were pretty decent
courses dont seem very different from most of the stuff thats already out there... so I didnt end up paying for any

I know they read these forums and occasional post under obvious alias's

Jump Up or Liquid Specific course would be cool :p

Yeh I have had a look at the videos, they seem quite good but I don't really want to switch daws to learn this stuff. I know a lot of it applys the same for either daw, but for a newcomer like me it does make things more confusing. I think il stick to the free stuff for now. Thanks for the feedback.
