Basis - Backwards Motion - Chilled minimal (Work in Progress)

So I've come up with this but I've hit some problems.

Firstly, the pad seems to me to be a bit white noisey, and not sharp enough.
Overall mixdown needs some work.
Bassline isn't strong enough?
and the pad pattern just seems a bit boring. My idea was to change the pads entirely, but I wanted to see what other people thought of it first...

the beat sounds good but i dont understand whats going on with the bass atall it doesnt even sound like a bassline just a noise :s im confused.

I quite like the pads too be honest. It's the sub that doesn't sound right at the minute if anything. Bit constant, tad monotonous. Still it is minimal so...?
Drums own this tune for me.

I like it.

Edited it. Fixed the bassline and made it slightly more spacious with the drums.
