D&B News:
Yo!! Hope you're all well. Repeater Sessions are back with a bang on Febuary 8th! We've got Dispatch Recordings super producers Octane & DLR coming down to smash up the place with their own brand of tech D&B energy! This is one not to miss!
On a new release tip TC the Bristol based legend continues his new updated sound with the excellent "Do You Rock?" on his own Don't Play Label. Lynx creates a very unorthodox but contagious release on Soul:R with the weird but wonderful "Ballons" and David Boomah spits fire over a beat made for him by Aries & Gold called "Forward Ever"! Plus we have bangers from Hybrid Minds, Young Ax, Teddy Killers & Nphonix and more!!
As for promo releases Danny Byrd drops "Grit" feat. Roni Size on Hospital and it's a party/dancefloor killer. Great producer Bungle drops a beaut on Soulr called "Aura" which Marcus Intalex has described as "the best thing on Soul:R in ages". Also tech fiend Nickbee goes deep on "Rush". The release also features a dope Amoss Remix of "Human Race". Killer 12!

Dubstep:
Word up raving team. So we've got a supreme banger of an bootleg in stock at the moment! Legendary Dubstep don DJ Madd has taken it upon himself to twist up Candyman's "Killa Sound" which uses the awesome Stalag riddim into a heavy Dubstep bomb! It utilises the original with some tricks and edits for the intro which leads into an almighty bass heavy drop.
also Sleeper & District who have done damage seperately team up on Osiris, Kryptic Minds label and unleash "The Risk" which is a deep set techno influnced number with an effective lack of snare. The flip is a more conventional deep dungeon banger. Also Biome go on a bit of a Techno tour too with the superb "Spawned" three tracker on Mindset. Thats' it y'all try not to get too cold.
Also keep an eye out because Modestep return to Kingston! To celebrate the release of their long-awaited debut album "Evolution Theory" the London dubstep / rock hybrid band join us at McClusky's for a Signing Session and DJ set with singer Josh on MC duties!

Wonky / Bass Music:
Jeremy Greenspan of Junior Boys fame heads up the Bass Music releases this week with a cracking 12" on Daphni's Jiaolong label which includes "Drums & Drums & Drums" and "Sirius Shake". T Williams delivers the highly sought after deep house / bass music track "Dreaming" on PMR which is a highlight of his recent Rinse mix.
We have a repress of the fantastic remix 12" which saw teen sensation Happa and Jamie XX remix some of Fourtet's hottest jams on Text . Plus Dusky's tidy "Calling Me" 12" on School is back in stock. Finally Locked Groove have provided some solid sounds for Scuba's Hotflush imprint last year and they continue in their stride with a superb remix of Duke Dumont's "The Giver".
