Randomly, I was thinking about getting one of these after seeing them in the reptile shop when my mate got his snake.

By the way, DON'T feed them earthworms, they carry parasites which can harm them. Bloodworms are the best.

    But yeh, they're mega cool.

They grow to like a foot long though, so you'll need a pretty big tank in a few years.

    Completely aquatic.

They're basically a type of salamander that for some reason, through evolution lost the ability to lose their gills and become "amphibous"

So they can only survive out of water for a short while.

    http://exoticpets.about.com/cs/amphibians/a/axolotls.htm

    They can regrow limbs too.

    He's got a corn snake.

    Looks pretty much like that.

It's about a foot long at the moment, but will grow to 4 and a half foot, which is pretty big.

It's raw when you feed it. Proper grabs the mouse, curls around it and swallows it in one go. You can just see the mouse moving down it's body.

    It's mouth stretches proper huge.

Hi brother got a 10 foot long carpet python. It's fucking scary, could have a right go at killing you if it wanted.

Have you fed it live mice? Yeah its illegal but its pretty good watching it lol. He's got a yemen chameleon aswell which is sick.

And to sammy's who says £6 is a bit cheap, its through a girl who my bro knows. Her axelotl's bred and they have loads of bambino's at a time so she sells them for £6

We used to get mice like 2 for £4 so would do it now n again. Its liek when they eat the frozen mice but theres a lil scuffle and the mouse gets wraped up choked out and swallowed. Got to be careful they dont scratch the snake etc.

the yemen chameleon is well friendly you can leave the cage open and he comes out for a climb around. quite happily chill on your shoulder while your watching tv.

hes like this but his colours are brighter as hes older than the one in the pic.

bearded dragons are sick but they are pretty expensive.
