If you have Massive.... try the following:

OSC1: Sin Wave (Sin-Squ all the way left) +12 semitones (full intensity, amp all the way up)
OSC2: Sin Wave (Sin-Squ all the way left) +7 semitones (full intensity, amp half way up) (+6 semitones for a more "diminished" feel that sounds a little more evil...)
OSC3: Sin Wave (Sin-Squ all the way left) +48 semitones (full intensity, amp half way up)

NOISE: Color all the way up, amp set about 10 o'clock (or to taste)

    VOICING: Unisono: 1, Polyphon, Always

ENV4: Attack all the way left, Decay between 12 and 1 o'clock, Level all the way left, Release all the way left

    FX1: DimExp: Dry/Wet 9 o'clock, Size 9 o'clock
    FX2: Reverb: Dry/Wet 9 o'clock... other three knobs 12 o'clock
    EQ: Low Shelf a little past 12 o'clock, Boost 1 o'clock, Frequency a little past 12 o'clock, High shelf 1 o'clock

If you want, I can upload a patch.

    Hope this helps.

    Take care,

    Vid

Layering is that one thing i would love to figure out, just to fill the gaps. Audio makes production look easy.

Wouldn't a simple sine wave in a sampler with the correct ADSR properties give you similar results?

You need to record yourself saying bleep, it's the only way
