No it isn't you.All it is the bassline switched up a little and
the Family Guy sample is a little different.Both samples are from the same episode "Brian Goes Back To College".

The original is from the scene when Stewie writes Brians paper
and the parapalegic professor says:
"Clearly there's only one person that understands the material"

The remix sample is from the scene where the parapalegic professor is having a party and him and his wife are talking and have a disagreement.There's a guy there that says "You should see them when they have make-up sex."
"ooh ohh ohh ohh ohh"- clicking the button on his wheel chair LOL
