Just something that's been on my mind for a while... it seems you only get label-backed nights on at the moment, and with labels having their own sound the nights get a bit samey. Genesis is the only independent promoter left that I can think of that is pulling people in from across the board. Thoughts anyone?

Was just thinking this recently, along with Cable getting shut down it seems like a lot of the smaller promoters in London are packing it in as it's not affordable anymore

Yea the scene has evolved over the years. There's still quite a few though:

    Innersoul
    Jungle Mania
    AWOL
    Nu Era
    Breakin Science
    Sticky
    Marky & Friends
    Idiosynphonic
    IC3 Genres
    Sticky
    Telepathy
    A Bunch of Cuts

Every MC on the jaamp aap/dancefloor side of things seems to have their own birthday bash these days as well. As do some DJs

Is innovation still doing London nights? One Nation do one occasionally as well

No mention of Rupture? Easily the biggest lineups in London really.
