Are Gemini XL 500's good to mix on??

I started out on a pair of Gemini xl 200's, which are actually belt drives, and for what they were they weren't too bad.

If you're just starting out, then I would grab those decks without question...

na not starting out jus saving for sum technics at the mo and my decks iv got at the mo are fucked(shitty soundlabs) the gemini's that im getting are direct drive.

If you got no decks and they're free - take em'. And keep saving up for those Technics. Trust, they'll be worth every penny :spliff:

I also learned on Gemeni belt drives. biggup scuba!!
i'll tell you, the best thing about learning on some shit decks is when you do get the Techs, you will be amazed who good your tracking is. The gemenis will def slip off beat consantlty. so when you go to Techs, your skillz will be all the better.
I personally think there the best to learn on
