This was played by Fabio and Grooverider many times and I think one of their favourites at the time. It sounds like Digital-Deadline but faster and of the same era. Could be 99' or 2001 as I can not remember when it was. Here is a Youtube link, I uploaded it so people may help find the name of the artist and title. Thanks hope you may reply for the answer, I want my own copy if people have links to it.

vitus- how on earth do you know so many rare tunes? Thanks for finding that one, all I want now is a single version of it, if I can find it.
