Wondering how to make or where to find a preset of this kind of really chorused or flanged high pitch disco synth sound.
Heard it in a few tunes, this isn't the best quality example but you can hear it at 38 seconds and again at 41 seconds.
Any Ideas?

you answered your own question pretty much. its just note with some detuning which has some chorus/flange on it
