Anyone know how to make a 2step beat?

But still, its one of those mysteries i never quite solved

Whats is a 2step break?
Examples are welcome, me and me drumkit is smokin hot right now

I just like the beat, theres usually some godawful high pitched music over it...
I was thinking about using the 2step for DnB coz its so simple
- gives you more space to freestyle
