yo
just opened up my xone 62 which has been fucked for a couple of years so havent used it and ive got so wound up with the sound off my pioneer that i really wanna sort the a&h.
basically the headphone amp has blown in it meaning cueing comes out really distorted.

any one know if i can nick and soldier another amp from somewhere in the mixer to replace the blown one.
would save a costly trip to a specialist.

any help would be sweet

cheeeers

I'm not a techie so i can't offer you diy advice. but i had problems with my 62. the vcfs were bleeding. only paid 40 quid to get it fixed tho.

Contact them direct and get it posted off, They're really helpfull and as theyre based in the UK its the only sensible option really, Dont make the mistake I did and got my local so called 'Disco Centre' to send it off, was without mine for 2 months : (

Sorry to change topic but when you say bleeding what exactly do you mean. Cos say when the filter is on HPF all the way clockwise, I can still hear the track really faint, does that mean mine are bleeding or did you have a different problem?

That is how it should be Russla. When the VCFs are bleeding you can hear them crackling when you turn the frequency pot.

cheers for the replys
i did ask a few of the specialists off the allen & heath website but most were saying silly prices and 3 told me completely different things!
i contacted allen & heath spares but they wont get back to me.
