Anyone got a good tutorial for eerie sounds like these?

Alright guys, just looking for a bit of information, struggling to find tutorials for eerie stabs & synths like the ones in this tune (not dnb)

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Or give me a starting point really. I'm happy with the basses I can creaate but I've never got the hang of synthesizing my own sort of atmospheric sounds and the like, everytime I search for tutorials aswell, they seem to be for really over the top EDM style synths, or just not eerie/dark. Any helps appreciated, cheers guysh.
 
Any synth will work saws square whatever doesn't matter but for good results I use comb filters notch filters, resample, try reversing it. Phasers, chorus, eq the shit out of it since you'll have a lot of low end. And use the resample it to your liking it. Maybe some good distortion will work don't over overdive it.
