Any idea how to get this sound?

So im working on a track and this sound would really fit in my track.Its something like a siren im not sure but its heard in many tracks.

Examples:

Pretty sure people call them "Lazers".
Shouldn't be to hard to make, if not i'm sure some sort of trap sample pack would be crammed with them.
