No, it isn't Lock Down... in the tune that I'm looking for there is a vocal: this for a dj or something like this... sorry, I'm not so good in english but I think that is singing woman. Peace!

that tune is a new one from roni size. i forget the name of it, but i do know that it's the VIP version... the version that will come out will not have the vocals.
