Make a simple bass with sine waves, nothing else added to them. Go into the note editor and instead of entering just one note, enter the note and another one a semitone above that one, so for example D and D#.
This will create a wobble effect. In case of this song, add an automation clip to the pitch of the instrument and make the curve so that the pitch goes down at your desired moment.
