Andriod Message Tone App

    does anyone know any good android apps that will take a sound file and save it on an HTC desire HD so i can set it as a notification / message tone.?

    all the ones i have work for ring tones, but it want them as notification sound.

    Can you not just drag and drop on the pc and then just set it via notification settings?

    Ringdroid lets u edit ur music too so u can just use a particular piece of a track if u want.

    but i dont seem to be able to save them message tones or notification sounds

    You make it your default notification sound for your ring tone and it should appear on the list in the text message notification sounds. Thats how i did it anyway!

    Dunno if it will work the same for your phone but try this.

    Connect to your computer -> Open the folder "Media" (If it doesn't exist then create the folder) -> Open "Audio" (Again if it doesn't exist create it) -> Open "Notifications" (same biz about creating it if it's not there -> Put your mp3 or wav file in here and it should appear in the menu for your notifications when you disconnect
