Analog Synth's

vermona mono lancet looks pretty nice in that price range. think you can only get them at thomann.de i haven't used either but i had a look into them and they both seem pretty cool. I'd be intereted to hear if anyone on heres used one.

The dsi evolver is an absolute beast for the money as well. you can pick up a second hand one for £200 is and itll walk all over both th above in functionality. its half analogue half digital though. (i've got a MEK and i love it)

Either those or the DSI Mopho.

wicked man thanks for the suggestions..

yea never looked at the dave smith instruments but they do look heavy!! the mopho especially looks a good price... and its 2 oscilators compared to the dark energy's one osc.

cool man it has given me summin to consider!

I like my DSI tetra, I was originally thinking about Dark Energy, but I thought the DSI had a lot more to offer imo. 2 OSC and 2 subs nice!
