Am I the only DNB producer who wants less BASS?

actually dude "bass music" is NOT intended to describe drum and bass, dubstep OR house music. But rather a down tempo stripped back style of electronic music which is more experimental i think its around 130bpm, rocksteady on here makes it

Confusing when BBK releases a shit compilation album titled Bass Music then. And I swear I've heard some producers describe dnb and dubstep as bass music. Thanks for clearing that up though... Always just thought it was a shit term.

you should have gone to a club with a decent system... or at the very least, not gone to a wankstep rave.

We don't get a lot of dnb in Auckland so I take all I can get. Metrik was in town last week so I went to that and it wasn't that bad mostly, just a bit of screech was sadly unavoidable. I would love to not go to Wankstep raves but here in Auckland promoters usually bring in one DJ at a time, and when they do bring more than one DJ in, we get a half dnb, half dubstep night or Icicle followed by (the floor emptying) Dieselboy's screechy shit. Can't win!

Now now guys, OP has a good point. Too much bass in so many songs these days

I find a lot of them have too many drums as well. All I want to hear is netsky synth and nothing else.

Get yourself over to dubstep son, they thrive on having no bass in their shitcunt music. You can then show off the latest tunes you've ripped off YouTube on that smart ass slab of plastic you make phone calls on.

What?
Have you ever listened to a Youngsta set?
Its mainly bass and not much else.
