Was in Blackmarket the other day and chatted to a guy that said Alix Perez was working on some dubstep now.

Pretty fucking exciting, definately a sound i want to hear.

Just wondering if anyone had any more info/audio or anything really?

There's meant to be a range of stuff on his album apparently. Hip-Hop, Techno, Dubstep and all that. It's coming out in November though isn't it? long

I could imagine a lot of producers doing dubstep, but not Alix Perez, but if it's anything close to his drum & bass tunes, then it will be quality

sounds tasty, cant wait to hear this

dont quote me on this but i think spectrasoul has done a dubstep-esq tune too, sounds a bit more like burial stuff really, d bridge & skream have been dropping it
if anyone wants to listen d bridge plays it in his set from fwd a couple weeks ago at 21min30s:

im not exactly sure it is spectrasoul to be honest tho but it was listed in a tracklist on dubstepforum.com as spectrasoul - ??? in skreams stella session from last week:

Excited about the album now, although its gonna be another long wait like the lynx and kemo one.

For anyone interested the night the guy was telling me about is:

Medium @ Plastic People
Wednesday 20th May

Alix Perez b2b Ramadanman (Dnb and dubstep set)
Untold
Rockwell
Tasha

Going to be fucking nuts if you ask me, highly recomend people come down.
