Air horns at parties or weapons in disguise?!!! WTF

Apparently you can't represent the horns crew anymore at parties. I spent 26$ on one for the Toronto Drum and bass awards and had it taken at the door. HOw is anyone supposed to represent the horns crew without a fu@$king horn! The security said it could used as a weapon. What's the world coming too? Next it will be no whistles, (which would be a good thing) but you see what I'm saying.
