Advantages of a pricy headshell ?

Just wondering are there any advantages of a pricey headshell or is it all about styli and needle ?

Always get the best you can cos it will always benefitTechnics headshells r good but dear,but they will stop vibration thru your mixes.Any vibe will feedback thru the tone arm and straight thru the amp.Take advantage of anything to improve your mixes

ive got shure whitelabel carts,, there quality ,,,, really light , sound amazing ,and dont chew ure records ...

they do cost£150 tho

Use a Technics headshell with Ortofon carts and needles. You cant go wrong mate.
