In Cubase, is there a way to add effects\vsts\plug-ins to a folder track? I have all my drum tracks placed into a folder track and I want to be able to EQ all of them together. I used to do it in Reaper. Figured there’s gotta be a way to do it in Cubase.

i dont think folders have inserts. just route them all to a group channel, and effect that.

Yeah, it doesn't look like it does. I’ll have to do what you mentioned.

Folders are just there to keep your desktop looking tidy.

yep thats what group channels are for - just group them all and then stick the whole thing in a folder.

In Reaper, a folder track has routing in\out and you can attach any plug-in or vst to it, which will affect all track's within the folder. I just kind of assumed that Cubase would be able to do the same thing.

but you know what they say about assuming...
