A question about a vinyl which is too tight

I bought a Clipz record the other day and to my disappointment its fucking tight on the deck. How can i make the hole bigger, without ruining my record?

Any help is welcome

I use a round / rat-tail file.

If you don't have access to a file, a thin pencil with sandpaper wrapped around it does the trick! But once again, be very careful! And make sure you get rid of all the bits of vinyl/sandpaper before playing it!

And for holes that are too big I use stickers from HTFR (a necessary evil) to tighten up. Although masking tape or scotch tape will also do the trick

Massive emphasis on the carefully. ive fucked a tune up before doing this.
a little at a time is the way to go.

get a knife shuve it in twist around once try the record keep the process till its fits
not rocket science but yeah be carefull with it
