97/98 Tune ID

Tune ID, quite an easy one I think, used to hear it out loads and now it keeps turing up on my old tape packs.

From about 97/98, vocals are 2 people speaking in a dreamey spaced out way:

"It was always a dream"
"What kind of dream"
"Well it was always about music, my love is music"

Help plz!

The original is off the 1st V Classics album and there's a '98 mix on V Classics vol. 2 (y)
