92 Hardcore tune ID

Hi all. I hope this is OK to post in this forum.

Does anyone know what this tune is? I've sampled it from the side B of the Ratpack Fantazia One Step Beyond party from 92. I've only heard it on this tape. I think its a blinding tune, hopefully one of you good people know's what it is.
