Hmmm, for me your track sounds like techy dnb, not neurofunk. Bass needs some more lower freqs, overally you need to fulfill the atmosphere cause it sounds empty. However, you've got a nice template to start with.
Neurofunk, it's like drum and bass with hard drums, broken hat lines and funky basses. Different basses. Lot of basses. Processing basses with chorus is also popular in neurofunk production.
