50 Mixdown Tips

I've copied and pasted the bits that I really need to pay attention to, saves having to scroll through that whole list all the time :)
 
Just gave it a quick read; w/ #31 are they talking about designing the drums and bass first, or just working on mixing them down? I usually start w/ designing my pads and try leaving breathing room in them to give the drums and bass some breathing room, altho I still somewhat suck on those two :P. I just like using the pads as a "glue" to give the track a coat of definition and I'd have a hard time starting from the bass and drums w/o a good pad.
 
By no means am I a DnB producer, I just signed up to the forum to say thank you to all of you for the extremely positive feedback. Glad I can help in some way :)
