Disturbed) Amsterdam/USA

At a young age SPL started playing drums and became obsessed with
music. He was exposed to electronic music and found himself intrigued
by the means of production. After a year of exploring Cubase and
messing around with various styles of beats SPL found himself at his
first rave where he fell inlove with drum and bass. He spent endless
hours at home refining his production skills and slowly built a small
production studio and experimented with different software. In 2004
after a lot of fun and inspiration his tunes started being recognized
by a few individuals such as Evol Intent, Infiltrata, and Bkey. He
decided to move to Amsterdam to study audio engineering and check out
drum and bass on the other side of the Atlantic. In the end of 2004
he had also linked up with Limewax and they began working on projects
together. Within a year he was signing tunes on Tech Itch, Freak,
Barcode, Disturbed, and Outbreak with well received tracks such as
"Realize" and "Obsession" and remix work on Muffler's "Embrace" and
Tech Itch's "Elevation". 2006 is going to be an even bigger year for
SPL with an EP coming on Tech Itch in February, an EP with Limewax
coming on Freak, remix work for Barcode and 12"s due out on Freak,
Obscene, and Algorythm as well.

T.Z.A. (Barcode / Freak / Obscene / Algorythm / Polyrhythm) Seattle, WA

T.Z.A. has been keeping quite busy establishing himself as one of the
best new producers from the U.S. Over the past year, he's increasingly
gained support from the likes of Dylan, Deislboy, Tech Itch, Kryptic
Minds, Counterstrike, Evol Intent, B-Key and more. In 2005, two of his
tracks were released on Barcode, a sub-label of Renegade Hardware, and
a 12" on Obscene, Dylan's sister label to Freak. Also, releasing a 3rd
track" Violence" for Barcode's featured debut LP 'Us Against The
World, and a remix of a Counterstrike's "Can't let Go" for
Counterstrikes Algorythm imprint/South Africa. You can listen to some
of his work on mixes such as "Us Against The World" mix by Evol
Intent/Barcode and "Future Beats Vol. 3" mix by Chase and Status
released on Renegade Hardware. With a solid release/tour schedule set
for 2006 he's definitely one to keep an eye on. Expect big things from
T.Z.A in the coming years as this artist continues to spread out his
sound.
