Ive been mxing for about a year and a half now and feel very comfortable with my technique and ability. I recently pulled one my extremely old gemini xl-300 turntables to sit alongside my 1210's to give me the oppertunity to dabble in some triple drop action. I found it extremely difficult to switch between the amazing torque and precision on the technics and the amazing shiteness of my £150 second hand first decks. However with practice i put together a few really good 3 deck mixes and triple drops. Below is a link to a mix i made using my shoddy set up please listen and leave feedback. I'm thinking of buying a cd/vinyl hybrid turntable as a thrid deck so i can mix both vinyl and cd on a third channel. Any thoughts on good products or better options? http://www.mypodcast.com/fsaudio/fso...112-295398.mp3 Tracklisting: Shock One - The Calling Chase & Status - Judgment (Informer) >>Baron - Turn Up The Sun Xample - The Coma >>Sub Focus - Time Warp Muffler - What's The Deal? >>Xample & Lomax - The Latter Sub Focus - Special Place Danny Byrd - From Bath With Love Sigma - All Blue Dillinja - Life >>Beyonce - Naughty Girl (TC RMX) Drumsound & Bassline Smith Ft.
