Any of you know what this massive song is from around 1996?

Is it Mampi Swift as it was in a mix he played on One In The Jungle on Radio 1.

Does anyone remember a drum n bass remix of this track Spearhead - Why Oh Why from 96/97? I thought I remember seeing it on youtube before. Can't find any details about a d n b remix.
