DnB 1994 dark d&b help

Hi all

New here so sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place

I was hoping somebody could help me name an old D&B tune from around 1994 ish, I do not have much info to give but I remember it was dark d&b with a heavy drop and through most of the tune would be a whispering voice saying ''closer, closer, its getting closer''

I dont expect miracles but its worth a try someone may know.

Appreciate the replies its not hyper on experience, although the vocals part was spot on but it was a womans voice I am sure it had more of a bassline like todd terry - blackout that sort of nasty bassline, been searching for this on and off for ages lol
