Recent years have proved to be a phenomenal with the launch of a new label from Calyx & TeeBee, marking its first release with not just a 12’ or an E.P, but with an entire album of Calyx & Teebee collaborations released on 4-piece Vinyl and CD. The Anatomy LP topped sales charts for weeks on end and was followed by a massive album World Tour of back-to-back Calyx & TeeBee sets.
The deluge of bookings for Calyx DJ sets and back-to-back sets with TeeBee affirmed that demand for their sound had reached unprecedented heights, but with 127 gigs in just 10 months, Calyx found it impossible to spend the amount of time he wanted in the studio. As a result, he decided to book 3 months off from touring to lock himself away in the studio and get back to immersing himself in production.
Calyx & TeeBee are now working on their second collaborative album – an LP which will see them branch into new genres with one half of the LP being DnB and the other half comprising a wide range of styles. Expect a Vinyl triple pack of the 6 DnB cuts, and all 12 tracks released on CD and mp3. 2 mouth-watering remixes of tracks from the Anatomy LP are currently in progress by 2 highly-acclaimed artists and will feature on a Momentum 12” prior to the new LP’s release.

FEEDBACK drum and bass specialists AGGERS, FYCHU & VENJA have been pushing DnB in Sheffield for over a decade, their DJ skills and selection are second to none. Having played alongside a host of premier DJ’s and producers, these top drawer turntabalists are guaranteed to take the dancefloor hostage for a lesson in drum and bass. Feedback’s resident Operation Soundsystem from Blackburn, is renowned in the UK for its’ speakers power and clarity, bringing UK Soundsystem Culture directly to your door. Trust us this is not for amateurs, who feels it knows it!
Your hosts for the evening will be MC E-LL from Sheffield an original NY Sushi solider and Feedbacks resident MC. He performs all over the UK at Hardcore, Drum and Bass and Jungle events like Uprising and Dizstruxshon. Joining him is MCJC , known for his longstanding residency of 7 years at Momentum/Dispatch, Leeds and his recent collaboration with Danny Revolver to form production duo Bad Education. Look out for their forth coming release on Broken Audio Recordings.
