I was confused when i read the title I'm even more confused now! There are some interesting elements in here but seems just a bit too random. There is quite a nice creeping bass sound the could be made more of with different variations of it. the circuit bent sound would work better with a tonne of tape delay on it. But the most important think is to get more focus have a musical element that takes centre stage and carries the track rather than just throwing everything at it.
