how many records would you bring roughly for an hour set?!
quite a small venue where dancefloor/jump up is gna be the way forward, not really a crowd that takes to mellow stuff too well.
oh and its my first proper set "out", iv played at illegal raves before and house parties but this is the first time in a club, would u advise a pint or two t calm the nerves??

I'd usually take 100 more or less.

2 x 50 record boxes. It will be just less as a like I bit of flicking space.

If im stuck for space or not thinking it's gonna be a big night, i might take a really packed single box, then I tend to take out half the box and rest it up against it... again for easy flicking

Couple of pints to relax the nerves.

Don't smoke before hand. make sure you get a good meal in atleast 3 hours before too.

    Make sure you're rested.

Depending on the crowd I'd take 1 record box + bag. 75% of tunes I know are going to go off +25% mixed bag incase the crowd are feeling something else.
