Educated guess but possibly an alternative Ray Kieth Mix/bootleg of Orbital Chime -
The track that got Ray recognised was a mix of Orbital's "Chime," it became a Grooverider favourite and was released in 1990 by Orbital's label ffrr as an official mix.
