nice i like the idea, change the snare sample that one sounds pretty distorted and flat. try adding more percussion, hi hats, loops, breaks etc. more uplifters n crashes, also you need a sub bass in there.

Yeah, change the snare. Go for something weightier.

However, what you could do is use that snare as another layer, similarly to how you'd use white noise to add to the top end of a weightier snare.

Turn the kick and the snare up too and the synth down a little, the punch isn't coming through on my system.
