Reggae, Ragga, Dancehall und Dub fuse with Drum&Bass again in the second volume of my "Original Dubbah" mixes.
While the first one was recorded mid-summer there is freezing rain outside for weeks now, so starting off with a dubby and melancholic mood seemed more appropriate. But all frost demons are cast out within a matter of minutes, when good vibe-ladden tunes penetrate your ears and strengthen your inner sunshine.
If you search for a flawlessly mixed selection of some of the best dubwise dnb-tracks of 2007-2008, this one´s for you. Freshness is only a secondary criterium when compiling tracks for a mix: A good tune is a good tune is a good tune. And a good mix is always more than the sum of its parts.
Mixing is done as ususal in an oldschool way with two technics and a HAK320.
