    Post New folder

New Feature: EP of the week! Thats right, I'll be encoding one of my own hardcore records every once and a while (due to lack of interest). These will be high quality 256kbps rips and each "EP" will feature all the tracks on that EP, even if they suck. The idea came to me to do this after I saw my friend Chris Julio was doing this and the fact that theres lots of a** holes on the net these days selling these records for incredibly high prices (even the filler tunes). So due to this, owning some of these records has become financially impossible (because these records aren't produced for resale any longer, second hand is the only way to aquire them). Hopefully this feature will make a dent in this problem which as become as problematic as spam email. Spinning MP3s in a set has never been easier either. Theres lots of products available at the moment which can make this do-able and affordable. I now have a computer with a CDR burner and for Xmas I'm getting a Numark Axis-2 CDR deck ($200.00) with pitch features. So lets kick these UK 'Xpensivecore a** holes in the nuts and download n' spin away these files!
(Actually I've discontinued this feature. I was putting myself at risk with little gain and I think I might have pissed off Wishdokta which is extremely un-cool. Hes one of my favorite artists and I would rather favorite artists not carry a single bad thought about me.)

Slow Connection? No Problem: Just go to www.freshdevices.com and download the latest version of "Get It Right" which is a free FTP program that can resume a broken transfur.

This is a new folder that will feature classic MP3 sets from the golden years as well as my older "mix of the week" series of mp3s that seemed so popular on DOA. However I won't be doing them once a week ever again.... Once in a blue moon is more like it. Also if I ever get a enough time away from my other activities I'll make some new ones exclusivly for DNBF.

Thanks to: Chris Julio for the webspace, Stu for the folder, and Harry Manly for sorting me out with the MP3s I had lost to my broken zip drive.

By the way, your not allowed to complain about the speed of the downloads. Your lucky you can get it at all. The people on B2TOS and Discogs have a lot of nerve complaining about not being able to download them fast enough. If I keep getting messages like that I'd be happy to just take the whole bit down because this is a favor to YOU, not me.

PS: Please feel free to leave feedback for the mixes. Just stating the obvious because some people here seem to have an adversion to it. The comments are a good thing because it lets me see whos downloading what and if the download was appreciated.
