By your standard, if I ripped off Duo then they ripped off Jay-Z right, lol? If anything we both ripped off Lonnie Liston, do your homework. It's like saying some one blatantly ripped off the Winstons for using the ahmen break, you make the sample your 'own' by creating something different in your composition.
