load the 320/wav in to audacity and export as 192kbs

ive got audacity open and when i save as mp3 it wont let me choose 192
so i dont know what to do. im really ill so i wont be able to do this tonight.

have you chosen 192 in the preferences- under the Edit tab? (Crtl+P)
